Legal
These terms are deliberately short and plain-English while we're in beta. They'll be replaced with a longer commercial agreement before we charge anyone — at that point we'll email everyone with the new version and a 30-day window to opt out.
Tenderforge ("we", "us") provides an online platform to discover, draft, review and submit responses to UK public-sector tenders. We're delivered as a service over the web — there's no software to install.
Forge can be wrong. AI-generated drafts, reviews and verdicts are starting points, not finished work. You should review every claim, especially anything that sounds specific (numbers, references, accreditations). We provide tooling — assumption tagging, evaluator review, source citations — to help, but ultimate responsibility for what you submit to a buyer is yours.
Don't:
During the open beta, every tier is unlocked at no charge. When we turn pricing on, you'll get advance notice and the option to cancel before the first bill. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe; you can cancel any time and access continues until the end of the billing period.
You can close your account at any time. We can close or restrict your account if you breach these terms or if continued service would expose us to legal risk. We'll give you reasonable notice unless the breach is severe (e.g. fraud, abuse).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these terms is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or £100 if you're on the free tier). We're not liable for lost profits, lost bids, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
